It draws from the Himalayan yoga traditions of India to help students ground, calm the nervous system, and live more fully in the modern world while accessing greater states of natural bliss within. In this workshop we will balance the divine masculine and feminine, Shiva and Shakti, the sun and moon, and explore the varied practices of Elemental Yoga with a particular emphasis on grounding and balancing our vital energy centers in order to experience more passion and aliveness in our daily lives.
