Each Monday, Chad will be leading an hour of (mostly) kriya yoga to help you get centered, calm your nervous system, and experience your innate bliss. It's an evening class so it won't be too vigorous. Wear comfortable clothes. No yoga mat required, and no prior kriya experience necessary. Donations are welcome but TOTALLY optional!
